Welcome to the Edmonton Lifelong Learners Association (ELLA)!
Epic gaming convention coming up at Ella! All Crafters needed!
In a world of blocks and cubes, Where everything is made of squares, There are old folks playing games, And they’re having lots of fun up there.
Their hands may tremble, and their eyesight fade, But they’re still sharp as ever in their minds, As they navigate the digital world, And explore all its hidden finds.
They build towering castles and bridges, With dexterity and skill, And craft intricate redstone contraptions, That even younger players can’t fulfill.
Their worlds may be pixelated, But the joy they bring is real, For they’ve found a place of camaraderie, And an escape from life’s daily ordeal.
So let us celebrate these gamers, Whose age is just a number after all, For in the realm of Minecraft, They prove that anyone can answer the call.
Sonic the Hedgehog and Minecraft Steve found themselves in a strange, blocky world that was neither Sonic’s Green Hill Zone nor Steve’s familiar landscapes. Sonic looked around, confused, but Steve immediately reached for his trusty pickaxe. “Who are you, and what do you want?” Steve demanded, pointing the pickaxe at Sonic. “Hey, calm down, buddy,” Sonic said, holding up his hands. “I don’t want any trouble. I’m just as lost as you are.” Steve lowered his pickaxe, but he remained wary of Sonic. As the two heroes explored their new surroundings, they soon realized that they were not alone. Creepers, zombies, and other dangerous creatures lurked around every corner. Sonic and Steve decided to team up to survive this strange new world, using their unique skills and abilities to overcome the challenges that lay ahead.
